Christian Le Squer
French chef born 30 September 1962 in Plouhinec
in Morbihan, Brittany. After acquiring training in gourmet Parisian houses such as The Divellec, Lucas Carton,
Taillevent, The Ritz, took control of the kitchen of Café de la Paix Restaurant Opera. This is where he won his first star
in 1996 to 34 years and the second in 1998. In 1999, succeeding Ghislaine Arabian, he took the Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris.
In 2000 he confirmed his two stars and in 2002 he was awarded the third Michelin star. The 'Etc. restaurant
(for Epicure traditional kitchen) in Paris, a Michelin star in 2009. In 2013, chef awarded five toques Gault & Millau
for its Restaurant Ledoyen.
