Bernard Pacaud

is a French chef, born September 29, 1947 and it is in Lyon, in the famous restaurant Eugénie Brazier he discovered art.
He continued his training The Mediterranean restaurant in Paris before joining La Coquille as second in 1973 and finally Vivarois chef Claude Peyrot.
In 1981 he opened his first Ambrosia Bièvre street in the 5th arrondissement of Paris with his wife Danielle.
Michelin awarded him first star the following year, a second a year later and a third in 1986
1989. Bernard Pacaud opens his Ambrosia second in the 4th arrondissement of Paris.
