Alain Ducasse
born 13 September 1956 in Orthez (Pyrénées-Atlantiques) is a Monegasque chef of French origin.
This Gascon, Mediterranean heart, three times three Michelin stars.
He is president of Châteaux and Hôtels Collection since 1999 (nearly 700 institutions) and leader businessman consultant Alain ducasse Group,
an empire of international hospitality industry more than 20 institutions and 1,400 employees.
April 15, 2013 the British magazine Restaurant gave him the Lifetime Achievement Award as part of the San Pellegrino list of the fifty best restaurants in the world.
