Eric Guerin

is a French chef born February 4, 1970 in Toulouse. At 20, he became the imaginative private chef Pierre Joxe the Department of Defense, then it is proven in major Parisian houses, Taillevent, La Tour d'Argent...
At 23, he is the first chef de partie at Alain Reix his mentor.
In 1995, he took over the Hotel du Parc becomes "La Mare aux Oiseaux" Saint Joachim, Michelin star in 2000 until 2007 and recovered in 2009...
His cuisine is hedonistic and artistic, he always draws his dishes before realizing!
He signs the card Season's Restaurant in La Baule, crown and especially his success with the opening of a new hotel and restaurant Giverny "Le Jardin des Plumes".
