Pierre Gagnaire
is a great French chef born April 9, 1950 at Apinac
in the Loire. Son of a famous restaurateur leader Clos Fleuri he resumed for six years as his father's restaurant
before opening his first restaurant in 1981 in Saint-Étienne, where he obtained three Michelin stars in 1993.
Then he moved to Paris, rue Balzac, where he finds three stars street some time later. In 2002, he opened the Sketch
in London and in 2005 a second Parisian hotel the Gaya Rive Gauche and a restaurant in Tokyo. Another Hong Kong and a final
in Las Vegas. He is a member of the Académie Culinaire of France.
